WebJun 5, 2024 · The injexions weigh 465gr with three max hunters and a 4”wrap with a 100gr head. My Axis weigh 502gr with a 5” wrap and 6 small vanes. I really don’t have much interest in the 4mm shafts. I shot Injexions and VAP arrows for years and honestly don’t think they’re worth the hassle of outserts or deep six components. Ive broke three Easton injections with 75gr Ethics outserts right behind the outsert. Two where hitting steel inside of 3d targets and the other was a clean miss into rocky soil.

Put in the D-6 insert for reinforcing and a Firenock outsert over it to shoot regular threaded broadheads and they have held up great for me.
