Webb4 sep. 2024 · Calling Plan not set up correctly in Teams. I have just signed up for a domestic calling plan and assigned it to a user with Office 365 E5 so that I can make calls from MS Teams. Teams now displays a dial pad so that I can make an external call (didn't before I added the calling plan - so at least its recognizing that a calling plan exists).
